FROM OUR DENOMINATIONAL OFFICE...A PRAYER PROCLAMATION
"If my people, who are called by my name will humble themselves and pray, and seek my face, and turn from their wicked ways, then I will hear from heaven, and I will forgive their sin and will heal their land."
II Chronicles 7:14
In obedience to our Lord, the massive challenges of our times, and the effective expansion of His Kingdom through the ministries of His church, let us commit to at least one day of prayer and fasting each month over the next twelve months. While you may choose any day you wish, we invite you to join us on the 5th day of each month.
Let our primary focus be:
1. Prayer for corporate and individual repentance;
2. Listening to His voice through His Word and His Spirit;
3. Prayer for a renewed passion for God;
4. Prayer for the revival and renewal of your local church as well as our Missionary Church ministries worldwide;
5. Prayer for the accomplishment of the Vision of the Missionary Church focus upon...
*perpetual intercessory prayer
*evangelizing the lost and making disciples
*strengthening local churches
*planting new churches and districts of churches
*intentional recruitment and development of catalytic, passionate leaders
Let us personally embrace His promise.
FROM CENTRAL DISTRICT PRAYER MINISTRY DIRECTOR...
We believe that God has entrusted us with a great opportunity to join Him in multiplying disciples and churches. This trust will require that we regularly and faithfully seek Him to ask for His guidance and direction AND to keep our hearts pure.
It is our desire that every ministry and ministry leader be covered with prayer. We want prayer be the “essential” ingredient in the culture of each church.
Whether you are an intercessor, pastor, prayer coordinator or a person simply desiring to grow in your understanding and ministry of prayer, you will find that this page will keep you aware of:
• prayer initiatives that will provide opportunities for you to join with other churches in your community
• resources to help with your own personal journey as well as developing a prayer ministry in your local church
• opportunities to attend workshops on prayer
• specific prayer requests that will be posted here
Thanks for partnering with us in this great ministry of prayer and intercession.
