Women's Ministries in the Central District exist to encourage every woman to make Christ the focus of her life and ministry. Many of our churches have organized women's ministries, therefore, Sara Scantlin, our Director for Women's Ministry supports these leaders by casting vision for Bible study, evangelism and mentoring. There is a strong emphasis on discipleship of younger women by older women. We also encourage participation in the larger ministry of the local congregation.
The Women's Ministry encompasses several events and gatherings including a biannual ladies retreat, leadership connection retreats and area gatherings as well as personal meetings to encourage congregational leaders.

Women's Ministry Director
Sara Scantlin was born and raised in the Missionary Church and has served as Women's Ministries Director for six years. She is married to Kent, Associate Pastor at Northside Missionary Church, and is the mother of four children.
